PREFERRED-PLUS MEMBERSHIP

This level is for beginner and experienced real estate investors who are actively involved in structuring purchase and development transactions.

In addition to Preferred Member benefits, “Plus” members have access to multiple Forums* for posting:

ELITE MEMBERSHIP

For the ulitmate in commercial real estate investment support, look no further.  This level will be open to only a small, exclusive group of highly motivated individuals who are completely serious about investment real estate.  The group will have no more than 16 members who will have the opportunity to meet semi-annually in private and delve deeply into their investment practices, beliefs, and methods.

This level is not for the faint of heart nor for the “dabbler.”  Only serious-minded investors will be invited to apply for membership in this high-powered, small-group setting.

Although still in development, Elite Members can expect greater coaching access, bigger discounts on loans and products, potentially a private web site for group interaction, additional calls, and greater access to industry experts.  As you might expect, only an elite few will be able to achieve, let alone perform, at this level of membership.  Look for more information in the future.
